BUSINESS MANAGER

A large radiology practice, with hospital contract and 3 outpatient imaging centers in Silver Spring, is seeking an experienced Business Manger. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is desired.The primary duties of this position are: Project management, contracting with insurance providers, and business development.Other duties will include: financial modeling and cash flow projections, calculations of partners distributions, oversight of service contracts, oversight of annual operational budgets, and strategic planning.This position will have direct oversight over the Billing, IT, and Finance Managers.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years business management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.Candidates must have a BS/BA in Business Management and/or Finance, and possess excellent analytical, technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.As a member of the administrative team, the candidate must be able to collaborate effectively with senior managers, and work directly with the President and Board of Directors.
